Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the rules, responsibilities, and conditions that apply when you use DeepHelp AI.

Last updated: July 30, 2026

1. The service

DeepHelp Guardian analyzes submitted messages, URL strings, supported documents, and screenshots. It presents risk signals, a confidence assessment, an explanation, and a recommended next action.

2. Decision support

DeepHelp AI provides decision support, not a guarantee that content is safe or malicious. It is not antivirus, malware detection, sender verification, destination verification, or a replacement for a bank, authority, security professional, or emergency service.

3. Responsible use

Do not use the service to submit content you are not permitted to process, to harm another person, to probe or disrupt the service, or to evade security and usage controls. Treat every result as one source of evidence and independently verify important decisions.

4. Beta availability and limits

The public beta may apply rolling session and network limits, short-window route limits, file limits, and concurrency controls. Features may be unavailable while the service is busy or while privacy capabilities are being confirmed.

5. Submitted content

Current content handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Raw uploads and full extracted text are not permanently stored by DeepHelp AI, while hashes, previews, metadata, verdicts, and session-owned history records may be persisted.

6. Changes and contact

Material terms, governing-law provisions, liability language, payment obligations, and other formal legal clauses have not been added to this draft. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
